A major focus of the Fifth Discipline Group is to comply in letter and spirit with all the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) legislation and charters. As such, FDG aims to achieve and maintain a Level 1 Contributor status according to the Department of Trade and Industry BBBEE Scorecard. We strive for a culture of enablement with a strong focus for reaching individual as well as team potential.

FDG is currently in the process of acquiring the Level 1 BBBEE rating certificate for 2009!
