Who are we
The Fifth Discipline Group provides Business Consulting and Business Intelligence
(BI) services. We also develop industry solutions and provide training and development
to the public and private sector organisations.
Our mission is to deliver outstanding client service and quality products, whilst
providing fulfilling careers for our colleagues, with a focus on learning and empowerment.
Intern Programme
We provide an intern programme through
Fifth Discipline Learning. A key objective of this programme is to provide
learnerships for newly graduated applicants from previously disadvantaged groups.
Empowerment
A major focus of the Fifth Discipline Group is to comply in letter and spirit with
all the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) legislation and charters.
As such, FDG aims to achieve and maintain a Level 1 Contributor status according
to the Department of Trade and Industry BBBEE Scorecard. We strive for a culture
of enablement with a strong focus for reaching individual as well as team potential.
